The workshop is aimed to help you flourish as an individual and be the best version of yourself. It will introduce you to the concept of whole being wellbeing. The content will be drawn from evidence-based research from top Positive Psychology practitioners and will also include practical tips and exercises that you can implement in your day-to-day lives.

  • Understand the concepts of ‘hedonic treadmill’ and eudaimonia
  • Benefits and downsides of happiness
  • Practical exercise: understand your signature strengths

The Elements of Happiness (Sessions 2 & 3)

  • Introduction to the SPIRE framework
  • Understand the twelve principles of wellbeing
  • Explore the individual elements of SPIRE framework: Spiritual > Physical > Intellectual > Relational > Emotional
  • Practical exercise: measure your happiness levels

Experiencing Happiness (Session 4)

  • Positive Emotions
